Shift Incharge - ICP

Description

Shift Incharge - Ice Cream Plant is responsible for shift operations in coordination with Line Leader including managing work force and production according to the daily/weekly plans. Monitor, adjust and maintain different process parameters of daily production, process safety, hygiene and product safety.

Bachelor in Engineering Chemical/Mechanical with 3+ Years relevant experience in FMCG/Industry.

Vacancy description

• Responsible to keep plant safe with respect to all plant staff.
• Keeping in view the production plan, Shift Incharge has to supervise resources in its shift to achieve production goal in time.
• Maintain personal and surrounding hygiene and follow good housekeeping as per GMP.
• Ensure correct operating parameters for process control.
• Responsible to co-ordinate with Maintenance Team in troubleshooting, utility section, regarding availability of utilities during startup & operation of plant.
• To assist in developing Kaizen activities to increase the overall equipment efficiency of the machines and zero losses in machine operations.
• Responsible for verification, monitoring and recording of all OPRP, PRP & CCP of ice-cream plant.
• Responsible as Emergency Coordinator during his/her shift
